Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN STRATIFIKASI ATLET DENGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN ATLET PON SUMBAR 2016 Oleh Rahmatia Syukrina Peningkatan kebutuhan energi saat berolahraga di penuhi dengan peningkatan metabolisme yang secara langsung akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kebutuhan oksigen dan kadar hemoglobin. Seorang atlet dianggap memiliki kadar hemoglobin yang lebih tinggi. Komite Olahraga Indonesia (KONI) Provinsi Sumatera Barat melakukan pembinaan terhadap atlet dalam beberapa stratifikasi (kelompok) yaitu atlet andalan, atlet prioritas, dan atlet potensial berdasarkan prestasi yang telah diperoleh dan harapan prestasi pada PON yang akan diadakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara stratifikasi atlet dengan kadar hemoglobin atlet PON SUMBAR 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan metode potong lintang (cross sectional). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mei 2018 hingga Januari 2019 dengan populasi atlet Pekan Olahraga Nasional Sumatera Barat 2016. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 132 orang yang dipilih dengan metode total sampling. Stratifikasi atlet ditentukan dengan mempedomani Surat Keputusan KONI Sumbar No.107 Tahun 2016, sedangkan kadar hemoglobin atlet didapatkan dari rekam medik. Data yang diperoleh diuji secara statistik dengan uji One Way ANOVA. Hasil univariat didapatkan responden berada pada rentang usia 15-39 tahun dengan stratifikasi terbanyak yaitu stratifikasi andalan dan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin yang dimiliki yaitu 15.5 gr/dl untuk atlet laki-laki, 13.1 gr/dl untuk atlet perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara stratifikasi atlet dengan kadar hemoglobin atlet (p>0,05). Kata kunci : Stratifikasi atlet, kadar hemoglobin.
