Abstract

Pada saat sekarang ini dalam kondisi ekonomi banyak para kontraktor melukukan kecurangan dalam melaksanakan proyek konstruksi. Dalam kondisi ini banyak para kontraktor menurunkan bestek dari hasil perencanaan yang sudah benar dilakukan untuk mencari keuntungan yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu banyak bangunan yang rusak atau hancur akibat beban gempa. Untuk membuktikan apakah perencanaan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan yang kita harapkan maka dibutuhkan analisis lebih lanjut terhadap perencanaan tersebut. Dalam peraturan tentang kegempaan SNI 03-1726-2002 Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Struktur Bangunan Gedung, disebutkan salah satu metode menganalisis kinerja struktur bangunan dalam kondisi pasca elastic akibat beban gempa adalah analisis pushover atau metode statis nonlinear. Pada penelitian ini mengkaji perencanaan struktur beton bertulang menggunakan software yang telah disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis terhadap pengurangan mutu beton dan ratio tulangan dari struktur yaitu balok dan kolom. Kata kunci : Gempa,perencanaan struktur, analisis pushover,mutu beton,ratio tulangan
