Методы испытаний упаковочных материалов для пищевых продуктов

Abstract

В статье представлена широкая гамма стандартизированных методов по проведению испытаний упаковочных материалов по основным механическим показателям, химической стойкости, герметичности и др. Установлено, что контроль качества свойств полимерных упаковочных материалов для пищевых продуктов является ключевым при определении возможности их использования по назначению. The article presents a wide range of standardized methods for testing packaging mate- rials for the main mechanical parameters, chemical resistance, tightness, etc. It has been established that quality control of the properties of polymeric packaging materials for food products is key in determining the possibility of their intended use.
