Abstract

Гильза цилиндра – это металлическая деталь, внутри которой происходит рабочий цикл – сжатие топливной смеси и расширение газов, в результате этого перемещается поршень. Гильза является самой нагруженной частью двигателя, так как поршень в процессе своей работы давит на неё с огромной силой. Поэтому от качества ремонта гильзы цилиндров зависит бесперебойная работа двигателя. The cylinder liner is a metal part inside which the working cycle takes place – compression of the fuel–air mixture and expansion of gases, as a result of which the piston moves. The sleeve is the most loaded part of the engine, since the piston presses on it with great force during its operation. Therefore, the smooth operation of the engine depends on the quality of the cylinder liner repair.
