Роль педагогической коммуникации в обеспечении качества подготовки инженеров

Abstract

Проанализированы проблемы перехода к масштабному использованию дистанционных образовательных технологий и технологизации образовательной деятельности. Выявлены характеристики конкурентоспособного специалиста АПК в условиях удаленного режима работы. Определены психолого-педагогические условия сохранения и повышения качества инженерного образования. Сформулированы требования к компетентности преподавателя при использовании цифровых технологий. Предложены мероприятия по совершенствованию готовности преподавателя к установлению эффективной педагогической коммуникации.
