Abstract

В статье приведены результаты разработки технических, технологических и экономических параметров системы изготовитель машин –исполнитель фирменного технического сервиса – потребитель фирменного технического сервиса (ФТС). Исследованиями установлено, что основным процессом системы является общий процесс управления состоянием системы фирма-изготовитель – потребитель, т.е. совокупность частных целенаправленных процессов по обеспечению управляемости параметрами подсистем фирмы изготовитель машины – исполнитель фирменного технического сервиса – потребитель фирменного технического сервиса. При этом для нормального функционирования системы производственные процессы ее подсистем должны быть управляемыми и обеспечении определенными ресурсами. Для выбора рациональных управляющих воздействий целесообразно использовать физические, математические и статические модели, на которых производится генерирования альтернатив решения изучаемой проблемы, их анализ, оценка и поиск наилучших решений. The article presents the results of developing the technical, technological, and economic parameters of the machine manufacturer-firm technical service providerfirm technical service consumer (FTS) system. Research has established that the main process of the system is the general process of managing the state of the firmmanufacturer-consumer system, i.e., a set of specific purposeful processes for ensuring the manageability of the parameters of the firm's subsystems machine manufacturer - executor of the firm's technical service - consumer of the firm's technical service. In this case, for the normal functioning of the system, the production processes of its subsystems must be managed and provided with certain resources. For the selection of rational control actions, it is advisable to use physical, mathematical, and static models on which the generation of alternative solutions to the problem under study, their analysis, evaluation, and search for the best solutions are carried out.
