В статье проанализированы интеграционные процессы в системе высшего образования. С учетом современных реалий для реализации модели "Университет 3.0" предложена концепция формирования типа учреждения образования в виде университетского комплекса. The article analyzes the integration processes in the higher education. Taking into account modern realities for the implementation of the model "University 3.0" proposed the concept of forming a type of educational institution in the form a university complex.
