Резервы повышения обеспеченности белком молочного скотоводства Беларуси

Abstract

В статье приводится оценка имеющихся резервов по увеличению обеспеченности отечественного молочного скотоводства белковыми кормами. Выявлены дополнительные возможности интенсификации кормопроизводства направленные на получение более дешевых кормов. Описываются ключевые направления позволяющие снизить степень зависимости от импорта высокобелковых составляющих в рационе молочного стада. The article provides an assessment of the available reserves for increasing the supply of protein feeds to domestic dairy cattle breeding. Additional opportunities for intensifying feed production aimed at obtaining cheaper feed have been identified. The key directions are described to reduce the degree of dependence on the import of high-protein components in the diet of the dairy herd.
