Повышение надежности работы ленточно-канатного конвейера

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с использованием конвейеров. Предложена оригинальная конструкция ленточно-канатного конвейера, использование которого позволит повысить его надежность работы за счет замены сил трения скольжения каната прямоугольного поперечного сечения о закрепленные плоские ограничители из пружинной стали на трение качения. The article discusses issues related to the use of conveyors. An original design of a belt-rope conveyor has been proposed, the use of which will improve its reliability by replacing the sliding friction forces of a rectangular cross-section cable with fixed flat limiters made of spring steel for rolling friction.
