Abstract

В статье предложен авторский подход к сегментации российского рынка продуктов питания с точки зрения потребительских предпочтений и современной моды на «здоровое» питание. Уточнены перспективы развития узких сегментов рынка ЗОЖ-товаров, таких как органическая, диетическая и функциональная продукция, а также частных специфических направлений производства: халяльные и кошерные продукты питания. The article offers the author's approach to the segmentation of the Russian food market in terms of consumer preferences and the modern fashion for "healthy" nutrition. The prospects for the development of narrow segments of the market of healthy lifestyle products, such as organic, dietary and functional products, as well as private specific areas of production: halal and kosher food.
