Abstract

Перспективное направление создания ферроабразивного порошка (ФАП) как однородных и одновременно с высокой степенью магнитных и режущих свойств заключается в использовании аморфных металлических сплавов. Данные сплавы не имеют кристаллического строения, и технология их получения связана со сверхскоростной закалкой из жидкого или газообразного состояния в твердое. Ферроабразивный порошок для магнитно-абразивной обработки (МАО) на основе аморфных металлических сплавов обладает высоким уровнем экологической безопасности и низкой стоимостью в сравнении с Ж15КТ.
