В статье рассмотрены основные мировые тренды функционирования логистики в АПК, оказывающие на кадровое обеспечение. Определены ключевые направления совершенствования процесса подготовки специалистов в системе высшего образования и реализации программ дополнительного образования взрослых. The article examines the main global trends in the functioning of logistics in the agro-industrial complex, which affect personnel provision. The key areas for improving the process of training specialists in the higher education system and implementing additional adult education programs are identified.
