Abstract

Providing the population with sufficient quantities of safe and high-quality food is one of the main tasks for the governments of the countries of the world. The solution to this problem is based on effective veterinary legislation, the appropriate structure of the veterinary service and the readiness of enterprises to carry out their activities and the achievements of science and best practices.
