Abstract

It was reflected in the article the specifics of the development of agricultural cooperation and the factors impacting it. Though, it was explained that the important place of the development of agriclutural cooperation in the state Program for 2017–2022 years, as an existence of the primary legal basis, doesn’t lead to strong development of the agricultural cooperation due to the preferences given by farmers to private enterprises, weak initiatives of producers, absence of the economic mechanisms for joint enterprise forms, etc. From that point of view it was noted the negative impacts of competetion as one of the main principles of market economy to the development of cooperation relationships; of absense of the common sense in distribution of the produced goods and gained revenue among the farmers etc. Together with that it was noted in the article the necessessity of unification of small farmer enterprises for the more beneficial development of the agrarian sector.
