Primjena ekspresivnog pokreta i pozitivnih afirmacija u žena oboljelih od raka dojke

Abstract

Struktura terapijske seanse uključivala je zagrijavanje, vođenu meditaciju i pozitivne afirmacije, imitaciju jednostavnih plesnih i fizioterapijskih pokreta, učenje kraće koreografije, plesnu improvizaciju, primjenu ekspresivnog pokreta u okviru simbolizaciju tijelom i autentičnog pokreta, i dijeljenje povratnih informacija kroz slobodni razgovor.

The aim of the paper was to examine the influence of expressive movement and positive affirmations on the quality of life, body image and stress levels in women with breast cancer. The study was conducted on the available sample of three respondents aged 48 to 66. The therapeutic program was conducted within 8 sessions, one time per week for 120 minutes. Therapeutic session structure included warming up, guided meditation and positive affirmations, imitation of simple dance and physiotherapy movements, choreographed dance parts, dance improvisation, the use of expressive movement within the body symbolization and authentic movement, and the sharing of feedback free talk. In order to evaluate the therapy, 4 assessment instruments were used: Distress Thermometer, Life Quality Evaluation Questionnaire (FACT-B), Self-Assessment Scale and Hopwood Scale of Body Image. The visual scale of self-assessment and distress thermometer were applied before and after each therapy session while the FACT-B Questionnaire and Hopwood Scale of Body Image were applied before and after the implementation of the therapeutic program. The results were processed using qualitative and quantitative methods of data processing using test of equivalent samples (Wilxocon's T-test) and Friedman's test of dependent samples. Positive change in individual subtest points contibutes the need to carry out similar researches.
