Magistro darbe rengiamas ir analizuojamas apsauginių metalinių ir priešgaisrinių lauko durų gamyklos įrengimo investicinis projektas. Investicijų pagrindinis tikslas rezultatyviai plėtoti įmonės veiklą, patenkinant kiekvieno užsakovo augančius poreikius, siekti vis didesnio bendradarbiavimo sandorių su stambiomis statybinėmis kompanijomis bei didinti konkurencingumo lygį rinkoje. Darbo pagrindinis tikslas - įvertinti planuojamų investicijų finansinį efektyvumą bei naudingumą iki šiol vykdomai veiklai.

The purpose of this thesis is to prepare and analyse the investment plan of furnishing a factory of protective metal and fire doors. The aim of investments is to effectively expand the company, satisfy every client’s growing demands, seek the co-operation with large structural companies, and increase the competitiveness in the market. The main goal of the thesis is to assess effectiveness and benefit of planned investments to the work that has been done till now.
