Подготовка семян липы мелколистной к посеву с использованием химической скарификации

Abstract

Перед посевом семян липы мелколистной рекомендуется провести тепло-холодную стратификацию семян в субстрате Длительную тепловую фазу при +20–25°С можно полностью исключить, заменив ее химической скарификацией, с последующей холодовой фазой стратификации в субстрате или без него. Наиболее эффективными способами химической скарификации липы мелколистной оказались варианты с обработкой семян в течение 10 минут концентрированной серной кислотой (93,6%) в соотношении по объему 1:2 и с обработкой семян в течение 3 минут азотной кислотой (67%) в соотношении по объему 1:2, с последующей обработкой семян в течение 3 минут серной кислотой (93,6%) в соотношении по объему 1:2.
