Abstract

В статье рассмотрены критерии отнесения населенных пунктов к моногородам. В настоящий момент в научных трудах ученых все еще нет согласованности в вопросе установления критерий отнесения населенных пунктов к моногородам. Решение вопроса определения критериев моногорода на законодательном уровне будет способствовать успешной реализации программы развития моногородов в Республике Беларусь.
