Совершенствование статического равновесия на тренировках по ушу

Abstract

Способность сохранять равновесие – ключевой элемент технической подготовки в ушу. Это важное качество для тех кто занимается ушу-таолу. Ведь именно умение балансировать и управлять своим телом в пространстве определяет правильность и эффективность выполнения любых ударов, прыжков и акробатических элементов из которых состоят комплексы таолу. Однако недостаток исследований и эффективных методик развития баланса ограничивает потенциал спортсменов. В частности, мало изучено влияние кондиционных способностей на статическое и динамическое равновесие. Гипотеза исследования заключалась в том, что целенаправленная силовая тренировка постуральных мышц может улучшить показатели баланса. В данной статье анализируются результаты оценки статического равновесия.
