Формирование покрытий на основе железа с ультрадисперсными алмазами для повышения прочности дереворежущих инструментов

Abstract

В рамках исследования проведено изучение метода электролитического осаждения железных покрытий, модифицированных ультрадисперсными алмазами (УДА), на поверхность строгальных ножей, изготовленных из стали марки 60С2А. Результаты экспериментальных данных свидетельствуют о значительном увеличении микротвёрдости обработанной поверхности до значений 820 HV, что обусловливает улучшение механических и эксплуатационных характеристик инструмента. Применение данной технологии демонстрирует потенциал для повышения износостойкости и долговечности режущего инструмента.
