Abstract

Статья посвящена упрочнению деревообрабатывающего инструмента путем нанесения многослойных износостойких покрытий на основе нитрида, карбида титана, циркония. Рассмотрен вопрос осуществления предварительной очистки и подготовки поверхности к нанесению упрочняющих покрытий. Приведены данные о влиянии давления рабочего газа на твердость полученных покрытий. Проведены механические испытания на адгезию и износостойкость упрочняющих покрытий, которые подтвердили их эффективность.
