Abstract

Нынешний этап развития матричных структур характерен тем, что теория этих структуры, сохраняя преемственность программно-целевого управления и проектных структур, выделилась в самостоятельное направление развития организационного управления. В статье рассмотрены респонсивные возможности организационных матричных структур управления.
