Анализ процесса охлаждения сквашенных смесей

Abstract

Цель технологического процесса охлаждения сквашенной смеси (сметаны) является понижение температуры продукта. На участке охлаждения сквашенных смесей основными технологическими аппаратами являются: теплообменник, гомогенизатор и резервуар. В работе представлена схема анализа процесса охлаждения сквашенной смеси как ОУ.
