Использование информационных технологий в системе высшего образования

Abstract

Информационно-коммуникационные технологии (ИКТ) играют важную роль в укреплении трех традиционных направлений, составляющих миссию высшего образования: преподавания, научных исследований и служения обществу. ИКТ изменили стиль функционирования образовательной системы и управления ею с помощью цифровых данных, их хранения, извлечения, манипулирования и передачи. ИКТ работают в трех направлениях: коммуникация и реализация решений, автоматизация утомительных задач и поддержка новых и существующих задач и процессов. Не осталась в стороне и система высшего образования. Целью данного исследования является анализ внедрения информационно-коммуникационных технологий в образовательную среду.
