Особенности проектирования объектов нефтехимической промышленности с применением технологии BIM

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности реализации проектов нефтехимического комплекса с точки зрения затрат на различных этапах их жизненного цикла, приведены примеры издержек и пути их сокращения. Дано краткое описание концепции информационного моделирования (BIM). Показаны основные этапы и последовательность проектирования технологической и монтажной части проекта. Рассмотрена схема P&ID, дана расшифровка кодировки технологических линий, раскрыто понятие классов трубопроводов и их применение. Приведен пример важности правильной организации информации в виде шифров и базы данных. Рассмотрено применение BIM-технологии на двух основных этапах жизненого цикла проекта: проектирование и строительство и ее влияние на эффективность работ. Приведены конкретные шаги государства по внедрению современных методов проектирования и строительства промышленных нефтехимических объектов.
