Abstract

В настоящее время светодиодное освещение является одним из перспективнейших направлений технологий искусственного освещения, которое основано на использовании светодиодов как источника света. Использование высокомощных осветителей на основе полупроводниковых лазеров в автомобилестроении и коммунальном хозяйстве позволит улучшить как освещенность дорог, что должно позитивно сказаться на безопасности пешеходов, так и условия труда ряда трудовых категорий (водители, строители, машинисты поездов и т.д.). Целью настоящей работы является разработка составов и технологии получения стеклокристаллических материалов для светоизлучающих устройств белого цвета свечения.
