Толщина срезаемого слоя при фрезеровании и пилении древесных материалов

Abstract

В статье приведены формулы для расчета толщины срезаемого слоя при фрезеровании и пилении массивной древесины и древесных материалов. Современные методы расчета средней толщины срезаемого слоя не точны и не позволяют определить значение средней толщины при угле контакта в диапазоне 90…180°. Показано, что средняя толщина срезаемого слоя расположена не на середине длины дуги контакта лезвия режущего инструмента с обрабатываемым материалом. Предложенная формула справедлива как для расчета процесса фрезерования, так и для расчета процесса пиления. Полученные формулы позволяют повысить точность расчета и делают процесс расчета единообразным. Формулы будут полезны при проектировании процессов раскроя плитных материалов на станках с ЧПУ концевыми фрезами или круглыми пилами.
