Abstract

Рекреация, как процесс восстановления жизненных сил челове­ка, заявила о себе как о насущной и постоянно растущей потребности современного человека, потребности, требующей своего удовлетворения. Ориентируясь на положения Европейской Конвенции о ланд­шафтах и в целях устойчивого развития Республики Беларусь, в сис­тему регионального управления экологической, природоохранной и социальной сферами рекомендуется ввести ландшафтное планирова­ние территорий, включая планирование развития территорий районов, установление функциональных зон, зон планируемого размещения объектов производственного и социального назначения, зон с особы­ми условиями использования территорий.
