Влияние технологических параметров жидкостной карбонитрации на износостойкость поверхностного слоя

Abstract

Проведен ряд исследований по влиянию параметров процесса упрочнения на износостойкость поверхностных слоев. Исследования зависимости величины износа от времени карбонитрации показали, что использование колебаний существенно повышает износостойкость поверхностного слоя при времени обработки до 2 часов. Наиболее существенное повышение износостойкости достигается при использовании жидкостной карбонитрации в комбинации с возбуждением в расплаве колебаний частотой 18 кГц.
