Abstract

Физическая активность оказывает множество полезных эффектов на здоровье студентов. Регулярная физическая активность стимулирует обмен веществ, помогает поддерживать нормальный уровень сахара в крови и улучшает работу сердца и кровеносных сосудов. Она снижает кровяное давление, укрепляет сердечную мышцу и улучшает кровообращение. Целью данного исследования являлось выявление взаимосвязи физической активности студентов и компонентов состава тела.
