Установление порогового поглощения защитных водорастворимых средств

Abstract

Разработана методика установления порогового поглощения защитных водорастворимых защитных средств. Сущность метода определения защищающей способности антисептика состоит в измерении ширины зоны обрастании агарового блока мицелием гриба на образцах древесины, пропитанных защитным средством и установлении порогового поглощения защитного средства. Метод основан на способности защитных средств, введенных в состав образцов древесины, ингибировать рост тест-культур гриба, в результате чего ширина зоны обрастания агарового блока мицелием гриба на образце древесины обратно пропорциональна эффективности защитного средства и его концентрации в древесине.
