Abstract

Композиты на основе смешанных оксидов получали методами гомогенного соосаждения, золь-гель и ориентированного наращивания в виде порошков, гибридных ксерогелей, образцов, имеющих морфологию "ядро – оболочка". В качестве исходных компонентов использованы алкоксиды, а также неорганические производные титана и кремния.
