Abstract

В настоящее время наблюдается низкий объем выделения средств из республиканского и местных бюджетов на реализацию проектов по реконструкции очистных сооружений для улучшения качества очистки сточных вод и снижения сброса загрязняющих веществ в водные объекты, проектов по внедрению биогазовых комплексов на очистных сооружениях, строительству станций обезжелезивания с целью повышения качества питьевого водоснабжения. В статье рассмотрены основные экономические механизмы привлечения инвестиций в инновационные проекты развития ВКХ
