Abstract

По поручению Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН в 1983 году к разработке долгосрочной стратегии устойчивого развития приступила создан­ная ею Международная комиссия по окружающей среде и развитию (МКОСР) под руководством Премьер-министра Норвегии Гру Харлем Брутланд. В 1987 году комиссией был подготовлен доклад "Наше общее будущее", в котором понятие "устойчивое развитие" не ограничивается требованием охраны окружающей среды, а охватывает экономику, поли­тику и среду обитания как взаимозависимые, неразрывные части единого целого социоприродного взаимодействия.
