Фазовые равновесия в решеточных системах при учете взаимодействия первых и вторых соседей

Abstract

Представлены результаты обобщенного квазихимического приближения и моделирования по ме­тоду Монте-Карло для решеточной системы с межчастичным притяжением первых и вторых соседей. Построена фазовая диаграмма системы и исследована зависимость критической температуры от коэф­фициента взаимодействия вторых соседей.
