Prawo pracy

Abstract

W podręczniku w przystępny sposób omówiono wszystkie najważniejsze zagadnienia i instytucje prawa pracy.

The handbook discusses in an accessible way all the most important issues and institutions of labor law. The study consists of four main sections: - the general part of labor law, - individual labor law, - collective labor law, - procedural labor law. In addition, the latest changes in the state of the law are included, especially concerning: - remote work, - work-life balance for parents and guardians, - sobriety control and control for the presence of other drugs similar to alcohol, - legal issues of whistleblower protection. The book is both theoretical and practical in nature. Hence, it contains numerous references to case law, including primarily the Supreme Court. Thus, it is not only a useful tool in the university teaching process, but also a valuable source of knowledge for practitioners, employers, trade unionists and judicial officers.
