
The article deals with a universal model of aerodynamic transformation of a wind power plant. This model is implemented in specialized software-hardware hybrid simulation tool and is intended for a comprehensive solution to the design and operation of power systems with wind power plants, and can also be used for further research of problems associated with a change in the total inertia in power systems with wind power plants and the development of techniques settings of automatic devices to prevent stability violation.
