Abstract

In den vergangenen Jahren ist eine wachsende wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit Repertoire im Kontext von Forschungen zu kultureller Erinnerung, Rekonstruktion, kritischer Historiografie, Dekolonialisierung, Verkörperung und Tanzpraxis feststellbar. Der Begriff des ›Repertoires‹ wird dabei vielgestaltig eingesetzt, allerdings oft implizit und ohne theoretische und historische Grundierung. Als ein Wiederholen und Wiederfinden im weitesten Sinne reicht er von der Gesamtheit von Stücken innerhalb eines Spielplans und der damit verbundenen Betriebsform bis hin zu körperlichen und kulturellen Praktiken der Überlieferung und körperlichen Konstitution in Kunst und Alltag. In der produktiven Verschränkung von Vergangenheit und Gegenwart weist er ein noch weitgehend zu ergründendes methodisches Potenzial für historische, ethnografische und praxeologische Zugänge zu Tanz und Theater aus, welche hier exemplarisch aufgezeigt werden.
