In the article the personality structure of psychological components of the algorithm: individual consciousness, social and professional orientation, varieties of temperament, the key character traits, general, special abilities, which are analyzed scientific and pedagogical workers and form the basis of socio-psychological characteristics of the individual student and positively contribute to his professional development as professionals.
