У статті сформовано критеріальну базу, запропоновано укрупнену блок-схему алгоритму оцінювання можливостей реалізації конкретним підприємством певного виду стратегії інноваційного розвитку, виділених за ставленням до лідера. Отримані наукові результати в сукупності розвивають теоретико-методичні засади інноваційного менеджменту щодо формування критеріальної бази оцінки і відбору стратегічних напрямів науково-технологічного розвитку підприємства. Їх практична реалізація дає змогу підвищити ефективність, знизити ризик прийняття рішень з управління вибором та реалізацією стратегій інноваційного розвитку підприємств. The authors define criteria and develop an aggregated scheme of the algorithm for assessing the enterprises of innovative development strategy allocated to the leader in the article. The obtained scientific results develop theoretical and methodical principles of innovative management in the part of formation the criterial basis for evaluation and selection of strategic directions of scientific and technological development of the enterprise. Practical application of research results can increase the efficiency and reduce the risks of decision-making on the management of choice and implementation of enterprise’s innovative development strategies.
