Vergleich internationaler Tennisleistungszentren

Abstract

With this dissertation it was tried to show a comparison of the national training centres of the states Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To present this to the responsible people of the national training centres as craft stuff, it was necessary to work on the information independently as possible. At the beginning the investigation criteria were compiled, which I took as a basis for the whole dissertation. These criteria are: * Basis information with examples and sighting * Competitive sport conceptions * Structuralisation * Training * Infrastructure * School / boarding school * Talent scouting/admission These criteria were confirmed after the stays with the three training centres. Then they were analysed and compared. By means of short establishment of contact the cooperation was guaranteed. The procurement of information occurred by thorough observation and intensive interviews with all responsible people, trainers and Pedagogues. The assessment of the comparison of these investigation criteria was consciously not listed. The positive or negative judgements are incumbent upon the later users of this work. Finally a judgement would be necessary about which training centre works best of all. But this would go beyond the scope of a dissertation. With this dissertation a written work was sketched, which can help the national training centres. They own with it a direct comparison and they can use it for their own work.
