Цифровое развитие отраслей экономики Республики Беларусь: оценка условий, тенденций и результатов

Abstract

Цель исследования - выявление тенденций и оценка результатов цифровой трансформации и инновационного развития отраслевых субъектов хозяйствования в экономике Республики Беларусь. Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено на основе официальных информационных источников Национального статистического комитета Республики Беларусь. Применены общелогические (анализ, синтез) и математические (статистический, визуализации) методы научного исследования. Результаты. В статье определены основные направления использования сети Интернет и активность внедрения цифровых технологий в отраслях экономики; установлены области инновационной активности, проанализированы сдерживающие ее факторы и дана оценка результативности освоения технологических инноваций промышленными предприятиями Республики Беларусь. Заключение. Выстроена матрица активности и выявлены ведущие отрасли в освоении элементов цифровой экономики. Предложена матрица оценки характера влияния сдерживающих факторов инновационного развития и установлены лидеры в развитии высокотехнологичного промышленного производства. Определены условия эффективной цифровой трансформации отраслей экономики Республики Беларусь. The purpose of the study is to identify trends and evaluate the results of digital transformation and innovative development of sectoral business entities in the economy of the Republic of Belarus. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of official information sources of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus. Applied general logical (analysis, synthesis) and mathematical (statistical, visualization) methods of scientific research. Results. The article defines the main directions of the use of the Internet and the activity of the introduction of digital technologies in the sectors of the economy; identifies the areas of innovation activity, analyzes its constraining factors and assesses the effectiveness of the development of technological innovations by industrial enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. Conclusion. A matrix of activity has been built and the leading industries in the development of elements of the digital economy have been identified. A matrix for assessing the nature of the impact of constraining factors of innovative development is proposed and leaders in the development of high-tech industrial production are identified. The conditions of effective digital transformation of the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Belarus are determined.
