Abstract

Розуміючи нинішні проблеми розвитку та підготовки учнів початкових класів, фахівці сфери фізичного виховання, спорту й здоров’я повинні замислитися над ефективністю проведення занять із фізичної культури. Тому в статті аналізується сучасний процес навчання на уроках із фізичної культури в учнів початкових класів. Виділено основні компоненти й напрями в розвитку психомоторних якостей молодших школярів, оскільки молодший шкільний вік сприятливий для розвитку психомоторики. Розвиток психомоторних якостей – необхідна умова в процесі засвоєння комплексу вправ та дій, уяви, пам'яті, що забезпечує ефективне управління рухами й руховими діями на основі самоконтролю та самореалізації. Understanding of modern problems of development and preparation of junior pupils, the specialists of the sphere of physical education, sports and health should think about the effectiveness of physical classes conducting. In the article it is conducted the analysis of modern educational process at physical culture classes among junior pupils. It was singled about the main components and area in development of psychomotor qualities of junior pupils as junior school age is a favorable period that promotes psycho-motoricity development. Development of psychomotor qualities is a necessary condition in the process of mastering the complex of exercises and actions, imagination, memory that provide with the effective movements and motor actions on the basis of self-control and self-realization.
