The article considers the problem of development of competence formation procedure of high school graduates in the context of FSES HE 3+, and reveals the formation of indicators and competence formation evaluation criteria in training bachelors in 43.03.02 “Tourism” on an example of the discipline "Fundamentals of social work in tourism."
