
The problem of searching the optimal model of education is actual in modern educational research. Personal-axiological educational model was historically created and successfully used in a period of universities’ autonomy. General attention is paid to the organization of educational process in universities. In the author opinion personal-axiological educational model is the most efficient in period of universities’ autonomy.
В современном высшем образовании весьма актуален вопрос о новой модели учебного процесса. Персоналистско-аксиологический подход исторически возник и эффективно развивался в условиях автономии университетов. Особое внимание уделяется организации воспитательного процесса в автономных университетах. По мнению автора, в них наиболее эффективна личностно-ценностная модель обучения.
