Abstract

Адаптация профессионального образования к современным условиям продиктована объективными потребностями общества, его заинтересованностью в интенсификации процессов обучения. Педагогика использует компетентностный подход в формировании качеств выпускника. Алгоритмы маршрутов обучения включают новые понятия: возможности, способности, готовности.

Vocational education adaptation to modern conditions is dictated by the objective needs of the society and its interest in training process intensification. Pedagogy uses a competence approach in graduates’ qualities formation. Learning paths’ algorithms include new concepts: opportunity, ability and readiness.
