
Рассмотрены педагогические условия формирования основ читательской компетентности младших школьников как задачи, поставленной Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом, а именно: создание информационно-развивающей образовательной среды, готовность учителя к реализации процесса – понимание им многоаспектности читательской деятельности, поэтапное формирование читательских умений и навыков от первого до четвертого класса, контроль над формированием читательской самостоятельности.
The pedagogical conditions of formation of reader’s competence bases of junior schoolchildren as task made by Federal state educational standard (creation of information developing education environment, readiness of teacher to realization of process – understanding of multi-aspects of reader’s activity, stage by stage of formation of reader’s skills from 1 st to 4 th class, control over formation of reader’s self work) are considered.
