Abstract

Some aspects of thermal processing (drying) of grain are considered, the major problems arising during drying reveal, requirements to a design laboratory grain drier are specified, and the subject matter and objective of research, which is a background of constructive-technological parameters of the unit, including revealing of specific power consumption for drying grain of 1 kg on 1 оС are revealed.

Рассматриваются некоторые аспекты тепловой обработки (сушки) зерна, раскрываются основные проблемы, возникающие в процессе сушки, указываются требования к конструкции лабораторной зерносушилки, раскрываются предмет и цель исследования − обоснование конструкционно-технологических параметров установки, в том числе выявление удельного электропотребления для сушки 1 кг зерна на 1 С.
