Abstract

The article reflects the socio-economic characteristics of the internal life of the kolkhozes based of the identification of charters of agricultural cooperatives and materials of the management meetings and general meetings in the period the "thaw ". The analysis of content of the charter of the agricultural cooperative and compliance protocols of general meetings and management meetings farmers collective allowed the author to consider the various aspects of the kolkhoz life. Among them are: economic activity, social security, work of chairmen, specialists and managers, workers of kolkhozes. The article discusses the goals and objectives of the agricultural cooperatives, contradictions in compliance with internal regulations of collective life: violations of labor discipline and other violations of the code of agricultural cooperatives, consequences and causes of these violations.

В статье отражена социально-экономическая характеристика внутренней жизнедеятельности колхозов на основании проведения идентификации Уставов сельскохозяйственных артелей и материалов собраний правления колхозов и общих собраний колхозников в период «оттепели». Анализ содержания Устава сельскохозяйственной артели и его соблюдение, по протоколам общих собраний колхозников и заседаний правления колхозов, позволил автору рассмотреть различные стороны колхозного бытования. Среди них: хозяйственная деятельность, социальные гарантии, деятельность председателей, специалистов и руководящего звена, тружеников колхозов. Рассматриваются цели и задачи сельскохозяйственной артели, противоречия в соблюдении внутреннего распорядка жизнедеятельности колхозов: нарушения трудовой дисциплины и других нарушений Устава сельскохозяйственной артели; последствия и причины этих нарушений.
