Психолого-педагогические предпосылки развития профессиональной компетентности преподавателей физической культуры

Abstract

There has been done a sociological research among the teachers of educational institutions teaching the subject of "Physical Education" to reveal a) the quality level of their vocational training and the level of their psychological and pedagogical competence and b) the kinds and level of teaching staff motivation to increase their qualification. Some information sources [1,2,3,5,7] have been analyzed on a similar problematics. A high degree of results correlation (ККОР ≈ 0,73 – 0,86) is revealed among the researches of the author of this article and the researches done by different authors in various regions and at various times (2004-2012). The author of the article has come to the conclusion of insufficient conformity of the vocational training level of the teachers of Physical Education to the modern requirements of educational teaching process. Especially it concerns the quality of psychological and pedagogical competence of the teaching staff. Successful work of any professional teacher depends on the degree of his/her vocational training and retraining as well as on the system of his/her own views, senses, opinions, on the presence of his/her professional and personal "I-concept". The forming and development of "I-concept" should be a priority in the sphere of psychological and pedagogical improvement of professional skills of the teachers of Phyical Education. There is also a major necessity of forming value of continuous education and self-education improvement, of working out the mechanisms of versatile motivation of the teachers of Physical Education.

Проведено социологическое исследование среди преподавателей образовательных учреждений по учебной дисциплине «Физическая культура» на предмет выявления а) состояния качества профессиональной подготовки и уровня психолого-педагогической компетентности и б) видов и уровня мотивации педагогическим составом повышения (совершенствования) своей квалификации. Проведён анализ некоторых информационных источников [1,2,3,5,7] по сходной (аналогичной) проблематике. Выявлена высокая степень коррелированности результатов (ККОР ≈ 0,73 – 0,86) исследований, проведённых автором статьи и разными авторами в различных регионах и в разное время (2004-2012 гг.). Сформулирован вывод о недостаточном соответствии уровня профессиональной подготовленности преподавателей по физической культуре современным требованиям ведения образовательного процесса. Особенно это касается качества психолого-педагогической компетентности педагогического состава. Успешность деятельности любого профессионала зависит как от степени его профессиональной подготовки и переподготовки, так и от сформированности системы собственных взглядов, смыслов, позиций, наличия профессионально-личностной «Я-концепции». Формирование и развитие «Я-концепции» и должно являться первоочередным предметом психолого-педагогической стороны повышения квалификации специалистов физической культуры. Также имеет место важнейшая необходимость формирования ценности непрерывного образования и самообразования, разработки механизмов разноплановой мотивации преподавателей физической культуры.
